Refund Policy

At Top Tier Shuttles (Pvt) Ltd, we aim to maintain fairness and transparency in all refund matters.

1. Before Service Start Date

If a passenger cancels before :

  • Refunds may be issued subject to an administrative deduction (if applicable).

2. After Service Commencement

Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.

Exceptions may include:

  • Route cancellation by the company
  • Service discontinuation due to insufficient passengers

3. Route Cancellation by Company

If Top Tier Shuttles cancels a route before service begins:

  • Full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 - 14 working days via bank transfer.
